I can only remember one other time when Grampa Norman attempted to grow a mustache. That was in his later years when the mustache was all gray. He probably never had any facial hair in his earlier years for the same reason as me.....it was all peppered (dark, blond, and/or gray) when it did grow in. (Not very attractive)
Yeah, and the fact that Winn upper lips are rather narrow and don't provide enough space to grow a good mustache. I can only assume that we must have been among the first to use the phrase "don't give me no lip" - and they didn't!!!

You are right about Uncle Denny not sitting down very often! I bet he has a bag of oreos in his other hand.
